First wash: Machine wash separately with 1 cup of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of salt. (do not use a fast or reduced water cycle). Dry immediately after washing. Leaving it wet may cause transfer stains.

Wash 2-4: Wash these items separately from other laundry. Use a phosphate-free detergent.

*These duvets soften within the first few washes.

Expect some minor shrinking in the first wash; this is normal for cotton fabrics.

Return eligibility is based on the date the return shipment is sent, as shown by the carrier’s tracking scan, and is calculated from the delivery date of the order.

• 1-14 Days from Delivery: Eligible for a refund to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee.
