Durazza designs are created in a variety of ways. Some are developed by independent artists or design partners, while others are designed in-house using a combination of digital design tools. When appropriate, AI-assisted tools may be used during parts of the creative process, but every design is carefully reviewed, refined, and approved before becoming part of a Durazza product.

No. Every product has its own creative process. Some feature artist-created artwork, some are designed in-house, and others are digitally refined to suit products such as puzzles, blankets, bedding, journals, and wall art. Our focus is on creating thoughtfully designed pieces that feel timeless, beautiful, and worthy of a place in your home.

Durazza aims to make thoughtful choices where possible, including many made-to-order or small-batch production for many items, which can help reduce unnecessary overstock. Materials and production methods vary by product.

Yes, some items may ship separately. If it ships separately you will see multiple tracking numbers for each piece.

Production times vary by product type:

• Most Products: 3-5 business days
• Duvet Covers: 7–14 business days
• Puzzles: 8–12 business days

Many items are made to order, so please plan accordingly — especially for gifts!

Once your order is produced and shipped, domestic delivery within the USA takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States, with the exception of our jigsaw puzzles.

We use all major carriers USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local courier partners.

If you need to change or cancel an order, you have 12 hours to do so. Please contact Durazza as soon as possible. Because many products such as duvet covers and pillow shams enter production quickly, changes may not always be possible.
