Our Story and Mission
How Durazza Began
Before Durazza became a home décor business, our founder worked in human-trafficking education and advocacy. With a degree in forensic psychology, she supported survivors and taught students and professionals how to recognize trafficking.
Art was part of that work. Creative projects gave participants a way to express and share what they had learned, and community events brought together artwork created by students and survivors.
When the COVID-19 pandemic changed her career path, Durazza grew from that same appreciation for art, comfort, education, and purpose.
Bringing Nature Into Everyday Life
Today, Durazza creates and curates nature-inspired home décor, bedding, and gifts. Our collections draw from gardens, forests, orchards, mountains, waterways, and the night sky.
We love the details that make a room feel personal: a floral pillow on a favorite chair, botanical bedding, or a throw in colors that remind you of somewhere you love. Journals and wooden jigsaw puzzles bring that same nature inspiration to quieter moments.
