For years, the founder worked on the front lines of one of the world's most devastating crises: human trafficking. She spent her days in schools, mental health facilities, and police stations, educating communities about the realities of trafficking and using art therapy to help survivors begin the long journey toward healing.

She witnessed firsthand the power of creativity and comfort to restore what trauma had stolen. A blank canvas. A quiet room. A moment of safety. These weren't luxuries—they were lifelines.

But this work wasn't just professional. It was personal. It shaped everything she believed about resilience, purpose, and the human capacity to rebuild.

When Everything Changed

Then came 2020. The pandemic swept through, and with it, her job disappeared. Suddenly, the work that had defined her life was gone.

But instead of walking away from her mission, she asked herself: How can I continue making an impact in a different way?

What started as a small side project, reselling craft supplies, quickly evolved into something deeper. She discovered a passion for graphic design and began creating products that weren't just beautiful, but meaningful. Not long after launching Durazza, the founder faced another challenge: breast cancer.
