    First wash: Machine wash separately with 1 cup of vinegar and 2 teaspoons of salt. (do not use a fast or reduced water cycle). Dry immediately after washing. Leaving it wet may cause transfer stains.

    Wash 2-4: Wash these items separately from other laundry. Use a phosphate-free detergent.

    *These duvets soften within the first few washes.

    Expect some minor shrinking in the first wash; this is normal for cotton fabrics.

    Return eligibility is based on the date the return shipment is sent, as shown by the carrier’s tracking scan, and is calculated from the delivery date of the order.

    This is my first wooden puzzle. After an unusually long transit, it finally arrived. Puzzle is packed in mesh bag inside box. Also included was a large vinyl mat- white on one side, puzzle picture full-size on the back. Pieces are lettered on back.
    It is made of quality materials. I have not started working it and am looking forward to beginning.
    Customer service responded to my shipping issues which were still pending and when the puzzle appeared. They kept me informed along the way. Nice job!
